These are the best eggless healthy banana cupcake with simple ingredients made in one bowl, in about 30 minutes! This recipe is refined sugar free and super easy to make.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients
1/2 cup milk
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup nut butter
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Line a muffin pan with paper liners and preheat oven to 360 deg F
Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl
Add the mashed bananas in a different bowl and wet ingredients to it and stir until combined.
Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir with a whisk
Divide the batter among the wells of the muffin pan
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick test comes clean.
