This dish is remarkably flavorful its really healthy recipe but an easy veggie dish too! Great choice for a quick meal.
Ingredients
For Paste
2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce/red miso paste
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
11/2 tbsp water
2 tsp Sunflower oil
For main dish
1 tbsp Sunflower oil
200g broccoli
2 bell peppers
1 large carrot
2 tbsp sesame seeds
150g dry Spaghetti (we used whole wheat)
Method
Mix the Soy sauce, maple syrup, red chilli powder, smoked paprika, water and oil into a bowl and mix until smooth
Now, cut the broccoli lengthwise into strips
Peel the carrot and cut into lengthwise and slice the bell peppers
Now warm 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok over a medium heat and add the paste and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant
In a pot, Cook the Spaghettis according to packet instructions, ensuring you don’t overcook them
Add the broccoli and red peppers to the wok and toss for 2 minutes until slightly tender and add the carrots and toss for 30 seconds to combine if it looks dry, add a splash of water to loosen
Add the spaghetti and toss to combine
Sprinkle over the spring onions, sesame seeds and serve
